The Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina are believed to exude a certain energy with healing powers. We've channeled that energy into a unique spa experience at Half-Mile Farm with soothing skin treatments and restorative massage using herbs and botanicals from around the world and from our garden. Our indulgent, personalized treatments are as kind to your body and soul as they are to the environment. All our therapies are performed in a private treatment room on the property.
The Serenity Spa is open Tuesday through Saturday 11 am to 5 pm for Half-Mile Farm guests only. 24-hour advance booking is recommended; we will attempt to honor same-day bookings.
