Half-Mile Farm is pleased to kick off 2025 with an exciting hosted weekend January 24 -26. Third-generation Napa winemaker Paula Kornell will be on hand to share some of her exquisite sparkling wine from Napa Valley. Bryan Rackley, owner of Florida’s Shiny Dimes Oysters will present some of his delicious bivalves. Sister’s Sauce Bloody Mary mix owner Nat Hendricks will spice things up with a Bloody Mary bar, and Highlands' own Sophie Delany, owner of One Wicker Cheese Co. will bring all these things together with some fine fresh cheeses.

Complimentary hors d’oeuvres from Chef Jason Tardo at Half-Mile Farm along with an array of Sparkling Wine from Paula Kornell, Shiny Dimes oysters, and cheeses from One Wicker Cheese Co. with beverage specials available for purchase in J. Henry Tavern.

Join Paula Kornell, Bryan Rackley, and Sophie Delany for an inspired fire-side chat and conversation about being artisanal creators. Enjoy tastings from each of these dynamic producers.
